Order Received

The work team verifies the order and the client’s information within a day of the order being registered by calling the customer or sending an email confirmation. The hours for communication are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed on the internet by 3 p.m. will be verified the same day and shipped out within 3 days of the order date. If it is registered after 3 p.m., it will be verified the next day and prepared for delivery the next day.

Order Suspended

If the consumer does not answer the initial confirmation call, another attempt is made that same day. If we don’t hear back after two attempts, we try again the next day, and again, until we get a response. On the third day, we try five, six, and seven times if there is no reaction. Once all seven efforts have been made, the request gets suspended.

Order Confirmed

If an order is placed before 5 p.m. (KSA time), it is verified that same day; if it is received after 5 p.m., it is confirmed the next day. The confirmation staff is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Delivery schedule in the KSA: orders registered before 5 p.m. (KSA time) will be confirmed the same day; orders received after 5 p.m. will be confirmed the next day. The confirmation staff is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Waiting for Shipping

The shipment is being prepared and waiting for the shipping provider to receive the products from our warehouse.

Out For Delivery

The order has been given to the shipping company, and the client will get it on the scheduled shipment dates. The consumer will be contacted by the agent to arrange a convenient time and day.

Delivery Suspended

The order is suspended in a few different situations, such as when the consumer delays delivery, doesn’t answer calls from the shipping company, or has an address error. Order is placed on hold until the day stated for the reception, until the address is clarified or another number is sent.

Order Cancelled or Rejected

The order status will be updated to “Rejected” with the reason noted in the comments if the client rejects or cancels the order for any reason.

Return and Exchange

We provide a 14-day replacement and return guarantee to our customers. If the consumer returns an item, he receives the money back into his bank account. Please submit your entire request and contact the after-sales service, exchange, and return department directly at the numbers below if you would like to make an exchange or return. Except for Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays, working hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays.
