We provide 14 days for replacement and return from the date of delivery.

• Item should be in original state and not used, packed and manufacturer sealed.
• Non-Returnable Items: used or opened products, undergarments, swimwear, and personal care products.

• Required information must be provided, for example (order number, product name … etc.).
• Working hours from Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, except for Friday and Saturday, and official vacations.

Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account.
